Le Domaine des Abbesses is ideally located on the GR21 trail, the famous Norman cliff path connecting Le Havre to Le Tréport. Montivilliers marks the end of the first stage — the perfect place to drop your bags after a day's walk, or to explore the local trails. These photos were taken during our own hikes!

GR21 — Stage 1
24 kmThe first stage of the GR21 starts from Le Havre and crosses the Montgeon forest before arriving in Montivilliers. Le Domaine des Abbesses welcomes you for a well-deserved night's rest before heading to Étretat the next day!
Lézarde Loop
5.2 kmOur favorite family hike! This easy circuit follows the Lézarde river and its pond, crosses the new park developments, then climbs gently towards Épouville with lovely views of horses and fields before descending back to the town center.
Rébultot-Lézarde Circuit
16 kmFor experienced hikers! This long loop crosses the Norman countryside, passes by the Aître de Brisgaret, Sainte-Clothilde Chapel, the mill wetlands and the Tôt plain. A true journey through local heritage.
