Do you allow pets?
Yes, we welcome small pets for an extra charge of €10 per stay. Dogs are especially welcome: the fully enclosed garden lets them enjoy their stay safely. Please let us know about your pet when you book.
Who looks after my stay on site?
Your stay is managed by Symbioz Conciergerie, our professional partner: welcome, careful cleaning between each stay and assistance throughout your rental. You benefit from a dedicated point of contact from start to finish, for a worry-free stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is until 10 a.m. Access is self-service: you receive all the instructions in advance and let yourself in independently, with no waiting. An earlier arrival is sometimes possible depending on occupancy — we can often confirm it the same morning, though we cannot guarantee it. Is the garden enclosed and adjoining?
The garden is fully enclosed and adjoins the house. It is shared between the accommodations rather than private to each apartment: a lovely communal space, sunny and secure, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing — and reassuring for dog owners and families alike.

Plenty of free parking spaces are available on the public road around the house. You will easily find a spot nearby, with no hassle and no cost.
Where can I store my bike?
Yes, you can leave your bike on site with complete peace of mind: the property has a terrace and a fully enclosed garden, perfect for storing your bikes safely during your stay.
